I draw on a range of evidence-based methods — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, the Gottman Method, Brief Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Positive Psychology — and adapt them to your unique goals.

Couples & Family Therapy 

Whether you’re preparing for marriage, working through conflict, or simply wanting to feel close again, I help couples and families rebuild communication, trust, and connection. I welcome and support couples from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds and across the full spectrum of sexual orientation and gender identity.

Standard Session (50 minutes) · $300

Extended Session (80 minutes) · $350

Fees & Insurance

Investing in therapy is a a step towards being your best self and an investment in your well-being. My goal is to make the process as clear as possible. I am an in-network provider for Aetna and Optum insurance plans. For all other PPO plans, I can provide a super-bill (detailed receipt) for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Sessions can also be paid for using HSA/FSA funds.
