Find Clarity and Connection: Therapy and Leadership Consultation in Del Mar
“Rooted in experience. Growing toward your best self.”
Life asks a lot of us — in our relationships, our careers, and within ourselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a difficult transition, a strained relationship, or the weight of leadership, you don’t have to sort it out alone.
I’m William Youngblood, MS, LMFT, CEAP — a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families, and leaders move toward clarity, connection, and a enjoyable life.

A Space Designed for Calm
My office sits within the Hacienda building in Del Mar, where a fountain greets you at the entrance and an open-air courtyard opens onto a lush garden, water features, and a majestic Moreton Bay Fig tree. Like the strongly rooted tree—symbolizing interconnectedness, wisdom, resilience, and expansion—my practice offers a place to ground yourself, cultivate stronger relationships, build inner resources, and foster personal growth.
Accessible Sessions
If you are not nearby or require more convenient sessions, I offer secure Telehealth services throughout California, allowing for sessions to be conducted while you are in a private room at home or in a private office at work.
How I Can Help
- Individual Therapy — for anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, and personal growth.
- Couples & Family Therapy — to rebuild connection, communication, and trust.
- Leadership & Workplace Consultation — a confidential space for leaders to think out loud.
