How do I get started? 

Begin with a free 15-minute consultation to see whether we’re a good fit. From there, you’ll be invited into my secure practice management portal, where you can complete your intake paperwork and schedule your first appointment.

Do you offer in-person and online sessions?

Yes — I offer both in-person sessions at my Del Mar office and secure telehealth appointments, so you can choose what works best for you.

Where is your office located?

I’m located in the Hacienda building at 12625 High Bluff Dr., Suite 105, San Diego, CA 92130, in the Del Mar Heights / Carmel Valley area. The building offers abundant parking, including ADA spaces and access. The building features a beautiful courtyard with a garden and water features a cafe with great food choices and is walking distance to One Paseo.

Is the office easy to reach? 

Very. It’s less than a mile from both Interstate 5 and State Route 56 and is a short drive from Del Mar, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Sorrento Valley, Torrey Highlands, Rancho Peñasquitos, Mira Mesa, and surrounding communities.

What are your fees?

Individual sessions (50 minutes): $250

Couples & family sessions (50 minutes): $300

Extended couples & family sessions (75 minutes): $350

Leadership Consults and Workplace Services: $350 and hour

Do you accept insurance?

This is currently a fee-for-service practice. I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes this is a great way to utilize services! — many clients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for therapy. I’m happy to help you understand how to use these accounts for your care.

What ages do you work with?

I work with clients ages 12 to 70, including individuals, couples, and families.

Who do you work with? 

I welcome people of all backgrounds and am experienced working across diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, and sexual orientations, including the LGBTQ+ community. If you are seeking personal growth, looking for better ways to navigate stress, or want to move beyond the mental health challenges that affect your daily life, I am here to support you.

What if I’m in crisis?

I help clients navigate many types of life crises in our work together. However, this private practice is not equipped to provide 24/7 emergency services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening mental health emergency or having thoughts of suicide, please seek immediate help by calling or texting 988, dialing 911, or going to your nearest emergency room. For additional referrals for support you can call the Access and Crisis Line at 1-888-724-7240.

How do your leadership consults and workplace services work?

The process is collaborative and tailored to your specific challenges. It begins with a free 15-minute consultation where we’ll briefly discuss your goals and I’ll outline potential strategies. If we agree it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule our first full session. In that initial meeting, we will conduct a deeper assessment and co-create a clear, actionable plan for our work together.
